Alocasia Polly

The Alocasia Polly is a little brother of the elephant ear. The Polly is known as the African Mask Plant or the Kris Plant, thanks to the beautiful shape and look of its leaves. Shaped like giant arrows with bright green veins, the leaves are an eye-catching sight to see. It is not the easiest of plants to look after, but a must-have for anyone looking to grow his own jungle.

Care

The Alocasia Polly don’t like dryness at the roots, but too much water will cause the roots to rot. Unlike conventional house plant watering wisdom the best approach is to water little but often. Tip: Use a pot with a drainage hole so any excess water can easily escape.
