The Epiphyllum Anguliger, also known as the Fishbone cactus, got its name thanks to the stems that appear to look like a fishbone. The plant is named Epiphyllum because the cactus flower is a night bloomer and has a flat leaf. Great thing about this plant is that you can easily replant its cuttings!

Epiphyllum Anguliger (Fishbone Cactus)

The Epiphyllum Anguliger, also known as the Fishbone Cactus, is named after the appearance of the Fishbone like stem. The plant is named Epiphyllum because the Cactus flower is a night bloomer and has a flat leaf. Great thing about this plant is that you can easily replant its cuttings! Cut a piece of stem about 10 cm and plant it in moist soil, with some patience you will soon have a new plant.

Care

Most people think this Cactus enjoys the heat and full sun, but really it doesn’t. Give the plant regularly water, but prevent the plant to be constantly wet.

These plants don’t grow very fast but they look amazing. At first I thought the tip broke off, but after contacting Onlinebabyplants They explained that it was totally normal. The plants came in nice packaging and they didn’t took to long to arrive. Thanks!
